Lincoln County School Based Health Centers
Mission
The School Based Health Centers serve to improve the health of students by providing
medical care, mental health care, health education, and coordination of needed health and social services.
Goals

Providing easy access to primary and preventive health care |

Addressing health issues while teaching healthy behaviors |

Providing comprehensive services through case management and collaboration with community partners |
Lincoln County School Based Health Centers and K-8 Outreach Clinics are provided as a partnership
between the Lincoln County School District and Lincoln County Health & Human Services. Additional funding
is provided by Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital, Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital, the Spirit Mountain
Foundation, the Siletz Tribal Charitable Contribution Fund, Pacific Source Insurance Company, local businesses,
churches, civic organizations and private donations.
