Children (6 months-18 years) $15.00*
Adults $30.00

**If your child has no insurance coverage - there are funding resources available to assist in payment, reducing cost to $15.00. No child will be turned away for inability to pay.**

Pneumonia shots:

$60.00

Insurance: Lincoln County Health and Human Services will bill most insurances.
