Family Planning provides birth control and reproductive health services to females age 10-55.

	Prescription and non-prescription contraception of the woman's choice are available through the clinics. These include birth control pills, shots, intrauterine devices (IUDs), diaphragms and other barrier methods, foam, condoms, and natural family planning.
	In addition, physical exams including necessary lab testing needed for prescribed birth control and evaluation and treatment of sexually transmitted infections are provided through the clinic. Exams are done by female Nurse Practitioners.
	Family Planning also provides pregnancy testing and pregnancy options counseling, birth control methods counseling, and other related education and counseling. These services are done by Registered Nurses. See Teen reproduction plan:
	All fees for services are based on income by a sliding fee scale. Medicaid and private insurance are accepted.

In addition, women under 185% of Federal Poverty Level who meet citizenship and residency requirements are eligible to receive FREE birth control services and supplies through the Family Planning Expansion Project simply by signing a consent form.

Interpreting services for Spanish-only speaking clients are available on-site.

Services are by appointment in either Lincoln City or Newport Lincoln Community Health Center clinic sites.
