CaCoon (CAre COordinatiON) is a program for families that have children with special health needs.

These children are at risk for developmental delay due to serious medical conditions that vary from heart malformations to genetic disorders.

	A public health nurse works with the family to assure that both medical and developmental needs are addressed in order to gain medical stability and optimal growth and development.
	Families are assisted to learn new skills so they can become as independent as possible in caring for their children.
	Our services are available regardless of age, race, color, sex, religion, national origin, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, and marital status.
