Behavioral HealthRehabilitation Services: Community Support Services
ServicesThe program encourages client involvement and leadership in identifying needed supports and services and providing peer-to-peer support. Clients are encouraged to come in to the clinic at any time and participate in activities of their choice. Skills Training: Work on an individual or group basis to increase skills necessary for independent functioning in the community. May include such skills as money management, shopping, cooking, cleaning, daily hygiene, negotiating other service delivery systems, and time management. Peer Counselor Training/Warm Line Services: Train consumers to act as supportive counselors to their peers and to man the warm line. The warm line is a supportive service available to persons who need someone to talk with in non-crisis situations. Money Management Program: provides a representative payee for persons who are required to have a payee by the Social Security Administration in order to receive financial benefits. Works with the individual to develop a monthly budget, pay bills and budget out personal spending to cover other expenses during the month. Daily Structure and Support: provides opportunities for social support, education and treatment. Consumer Drop-in Program: Social support and activities facilitated by consumers. Residential Services: Acts as the central referral for the 24- hour supervised treatment home operated by our contracted provider and the screening and referring source for the Yaquina Breeze supported apartment project.
