Behavioral Health

Overview

	The Behavioral Health Treatment Services Division is responsible for organizing and providing Mental Health, Alcohol & Drug Abuse, and Gambling treatment services in the county.
	Specialized services for adults with serious mental illnesses are provided in our South Beach office and through outreach.
	Services for children, families, and the general adult population are provided through clinics in Newport and in Lincoln City.
	The Division provides outreach services at the 4 School-Based Health Centers, Community Corrections, the Jail, Juvenile Detention, DHS Child Welfare, and DHS Self Sufficiency.

Oregon Social Learning Center
The Oregon Social Learning Center (OSLC) is a non-profit, independent research center located in Eugene/Springfield, Oregon. Mission: We are a collaborative, multidisciplinary center dedicated to increasing the scientific understanding of social and psychological processes related to healthy development and family functioning. We apply that understanding to the design and evaluation of interventions that strengthen children, adolescents, families, and communities.
